The Attack the TAKS sessions are for ladies who have earned all of their high school credits but have not yet passed their TAKS tests, or TAAS tests.  The session is free!

Mentoring:

  • Each lady will work closely with a mentor who will encourage and support her and celebrate with her when she passes the TAKS.

Daily Class Schedule will include:

  • Bible Study
  • TAKS Study Sessions
  • ELA ( English Language Arts)
  • Math
  • Science
  • Social Studies

Special Classes:

  • Resume Writing
  • Job Interview Skills
  • Budgeting
  • Vocational Testing/Guidance
  • SAT/ACT Overview
  • Visits to HPU, Ranger College, TSTC

Students will take their TAKS tests during the last week of the session.

  • ELA TAKS on July 13
  • Math TAKS on July 14
  • Science TAKS on July 15
  • Social Studies TAKS on July 16
